Booking Conditions

1. Apartment reservation confirmed only on receipt of £300.00 reservation/security deposit. £100.00 will be applied to prepaid rent with £200.00 as deposit to be refunded 60 days after departure minus cost deducted for telephone use or damage to apartment.

2. Full balance of payment required 60 days prior to arrival.

3. Cancellation will result in loss of deposit and unless the accommodation is re-let liability for the total cost. Cancellation must be received in writing. Holiday insurance is strongly recommended. For an amendment to the booking there will be a £10 charge to cover administration costs. In the event of cancellation an administration fee of £20 will be charged.

4. Behaviour of guests and visitors should not be excessive or rowdy, especially at night. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. You must show consideration to your neighbours and other residents.

5. Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions, may result in the party(ies) being asked to leave immediately, if in our sole discretion, we feel that the conditions have been infringed. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

6. Liability; Personal belongings are the responsibility of each member of the party. We accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, loss or damage to your property.

7. There is a garage for parking of a standard size car. There is also public parking available in the High Street. Cars are parked at owners' risk. Please ensure that no valuables are left in the car.

8. Arrival and departure times; the apartment will be ready for you after 3pm. For guests arriving in Marlborough earlier in the day there are many bars and restaurant in the High Street. On departure day, guests must vacate the apartment by 10am.

9. Prices are correct but are subject to alteration without prior notice, with the exception of confirmed bookings.
